Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

By accessing or using the services provided by New Perspectives Consulting, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms govern all coaching sessions, consultations, and resources offered.

2. Services Offered

New Perspectives Consulting provides career coaching, leadership development, HR advisory, and career transition support through one-on-one sessions, workshops, and digital resources.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information regarding their career background and goals.
Clients are responsible for completing assigned tasks or follow-up actions to maximize coaching benefits.
Respectful communication and professionalism are expected throughout the coaching process.

4. Session Scheduling & Cancellation

Sessions must be scheduled in advance and confirmed via email or booking system.
Clients may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee or forfeiture of session credit.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is required in full before the coaching session begins.
Packages and discounts must be applied at the time of booking.
Payment methods include credit card, PayPal, or other digital payment services.

6. Confidentiality

All discussions and client information will be kept strictly confidential.
Information will not be shared with third parties without explicit client consent, except as required by law.

7. No Guarantees

While New Perspectives Consulting provides expert career guidance, results depend on individual efforts and circumstances. No guarantees are made regarding specific job placements or career outcomes.

Return and Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests must be made in writing to newperspectivesconsulting360@gmail.com within the specified timeframe. Refunds are considered in the following situations:

A client cancels at least 48 hours before a scheduled session.
The session could not be delivered due to unforeseen technical or scheduling issues on the coach’s end.
A package was purchased but unused sessions remain (subject to partial refund calculation).

2. Non-Refundable Services

Completed coaching sessions are non-refundable.
Digital resources, templates, and guides are final sale once accessed.
Missed sessions without prior notification will not be refunded.

3. Package Refunds

If a client purchases a multi-session package and chooses not to complete it, a prorated refund may be issued based on unused sessions minus any administrative fees.

4. Dispute Resolution

If a refund request is disputed, both parties agree to a resolution process via written communication. New Perspectives Consulting aims to provide fair solutions to all clients.
